- Ensure effortless customer service by resolving issues quickly, accurately (“first time right”), and with minimal customer effort.
- Take full ownership of customer issues, managing them from start to finish while understanding each customer’s specific needs.
- Guide customers proactively, resolving additional potential problems and communicating clearly with all stakeholders.
- Manage the entire inquiry-to-invoice process, including stocks, logistics, credit, overdue payments, and complaints, while maintaining daily communication and effectively coordinating operational tasks
- Build strong customer relationships by gaining insights into their business, maintaining accurate master data, and documenting information in CRM systems.
- Support new business generation by assisting sales in identifying opportunities based on Sappi’s full value proposition, not only service solutions.
- Actively convert opportunities into business, ensuring all new business information is created, updated, and followed up in CRM.

- 1+ years of customer service/logistics/ account management experience in an international company.
- Fluent English and Spanish, with excellent communication skills.
- Knowledge of Excel, SAP
