- Act as an escalation point for team members, providing support as needed.
- Coach and develop team members through one-on-one sessions and group meetings.
- Ensure adherence to department processes and best practices.
- Oversee invoice processing and monthly supplier statement reconciliations.
- Maintain accurate financial records, including the general ledger.
- Foster strong supplier relationships and resolve queries promptly.
- Prepare account analyses and assist with month-end closing.
- Provide detailed transaction explanations and audit documentation.

- Degree in Finance and Accounting.
- Experience in a leadership role within an Accounts Payable team.
- Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to interact effectively with others.
- Solid understanding of general accounting principles and procedures.
- Knowledge of IFRS standards is preferred.
